Wayne B. Becker

Wayne is more than just an experienced Orlando estate-planning lawyer – he believes in providing professional and personal  service, finely tailored to his clients’ needs. His client-centric work ethic focuses on listening first and writing second, with client peace of mind as his ultimate goal.

Wayne was born in Buffalo, NY, and grew up in Westport, Connecticut. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Tufts University and his Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego School of Law. He attended the Institute for Public International and Comparative Law at Megdalen College at Oxford University in England.

In the 30 years since his admission to the New York and Connecticut Bars, Wayne has practiced law in Frankfurt, London, New York City, Stamford and Westport, Connecticut. In 2010, he brought his first-class experience to Central Florida. Here in Orlando, Wayne continues to provide exemplary services in the areas of estate planning and administration; asset protection; business-succession planning, and trust and elder planning.

Among his many professional certifications and activities, Wayne is also involved in the following organizations:
  • Board Member – Advocates and Guardians for the Elderly and Disabled (AGED)
  • Board Member – The “Circle” for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
  • Participating Attorney – The Central Florida AIDS Project
  • Past Member – Town of Darien (CT) Zoning Board of Appeals
  • Member – American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, as well as a retired member in good-standing of the New York and Connecticut Bar Associations
